NOTICE FOR PAVING BIDS

TOWN OF CRESCENT

Notice is given that the Town of Crescent is accepting sealed bids for the following road projects:

• Beyer Road - .60 miles of single chip sealing with fog and crack sealing (flex or mastic)
• North Rifle Road – 2.08 miles of single chip sealing with fog and crack sealing (flex or mastic) and striping for railroad
• Range Line Road – 1.8 miles single chip sealing with fog and crack sealing (flex or mastic)
• Sterling Road – .26 HMAC Patching and Crack Sealing
• 2 Culvert Replacements on Fire Tower Rd
• Hat Rapids Road - .02 miles reconstruction
• Long Lake Road – 500' HMAC resurfacing & shouldering, and 1.78 miles of single chip sealing with fog and crack sealing (flex or mastic)

Sealed bids will be opened during the monthly board meeting on April 8, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Crescent Town Hall, 3231 Golf Course Road. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Bids may be sent to: Town of Crescent Clerk, Tracy Hartman, 6902 Fire Tower Road, Rhinelander, WI 54501. Bids must arrive by 5:00 p.m. on April 7 or bids may also be brought to the Crescent Town Board meeting scheduled for April 8, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the road name.

The Town of Crescent reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and will accept the proposal most advantageous to the Town.
