Discussion/Possible Decision: A quorum of the Crescent Town Board will be meeting at the Crescent Spring (3171 S River Road) to discuss and possibly make decisions regarding the Crescent Spring PFAS levels, treatment options and any other concerns related to the Crescent Spring.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Review for The Town of Crescent, of Oneida County, shall hold its first meeting on Tuesday, June 08, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Crescent Town Hall, 3231 Golf Course Road.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN pursuant to Wis. Stats., 70.45 the Open Book for the Town of Crescent, of Oneida County, will be held on Tuesday, June 1st, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Crescent Town Hall located at 3231 Golf Course Road, Rhinelander, Oneida County, Wisconsin. This is an opportunity for the taxpayers to examine and discuss their assessments with the Town Assessor. Instructional material about the assessment, how to file an abjection, and board of review procedures under Wisconsin law will be available at that time.

The Town of Crescent is looking for interested Crescent Residents to serve on the Town Plan Commission. Interested parties should contact Supervisor Michael Pazdernik. Supervisor Pazdernik can be reached at 715-401-2623 or by email at email@example.com.
CHIPPER SERVICE will be available to any property owner in the Town of Crescent, free of charge, beginning on June 1st. There is a limit of 30 minutes per property and all brush must be pointed in one direction at the edge of your property near the town road. Brush must be in position by Tuesday, June 1st in order to be chipped by the Crescent Road Crew. There is no need to be placed on a schedule this year, all brush in position by June 1st will be chipped.
LEAF DISPOSAL is available at the old Crescent Dump, 3113 S. River Rd. There will be signs indicating where to place leaves and grass clippings. DO NOT leave boxes or plastic bags at the dump site.

The Town of Crescent has been notified by the Oneida County Health Department that the test results for the Crescent Spring on S. River Road have been received and the test results indicate no major change in the elevated levels of PFHxS. At this time the Town of Crescent and the Oneida County Health Department continue to recommend NOT drinking the spring water.
